ICAR9 Registration Fees
Registration for ICAR9 are now open!
Please note that the Conference registration fee includes lunch and coffee breaks on the days of the event. This also applies to the Pre and Post Conferences.
Participants who register by the 30th of April 2026 will benefit from the Early Bird rate.
Early Bird Combined Registration Options
(Applicable to registrations completed by the 30th of April 2026)
Please note that registrations are open. All registrations will be processed through the Ex Ordo platform.
To complete your registration, please access the platform via the following link: https://icar9.exordo.com/.
Once on the platform, go to the “Registrations” menu, select “New Registration”, and follow the step-by-step instructions provided.
Participants who wish to benefit from the combined registration fee (ICAR9 together with the Pre-Conference and/or Post-Conference) must enter the appropriate code at the beginning of the registration process:
- For Pre-Conference + ICAR9: use code F58DE2
- For ICAR9 + Post-Conference: use code 9EF6A2
- For Pre-Conference + ICAR9 + Post-Conference: use code FD548A
Please ensure that the correct code is applied in order to access the reduced combined fee.
Participants are strongly encouraged to register during the Early Bird period to take advantage of reduced fees.
